Dr. Don Wyrtzen, professor of music at Southwestern Baptist Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas, joins us as both speaker and worship leader.
A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, The King’s College and Dallas Theological Seminary, Don worked for years with his father, Dr. Jack Wyrtzen, founder of Word of Life International. Don’s forte of improvisational keyboard artistry is outstanding, and he has also arranged and composed over 400 hymns and anthems, such as “Worthy is the Lamb” and “Love Was When.”
Don will speak on "Music and God’s Power," "Music and God’s Glory," and "What I’ve Learned from the Psalms, parts 1 and 2." Host Dave Talbott will join Don for a concert of piano and organ.
This promises to be a show-stopper, with a priceless blending of teaching and worship. We hope to see you there!
