Mount Hermon Adventures Race Team

Mount Hermon Adventures kicked off its new race team this weekend at the she.is.beautiful 5k and 10k events in Santa Cruz.  It was a glorious morning for a race with over 3500 women in attendance.  Known as the “pinkest” race in America, there was indeed a sea of pink flecked with green for St. Patricks day.

Mount Hermon Adventures has just launched it’s new marketing and staff development campaign aimed at reaching active people in the bay area and promoting healthy lifestyles among our staff.  We will have staff athletes in many races around the state this year as we spread the story of Mount Hermon and share about our portfolio of programs.  Mount Hermon will also have a vendor booth at most of the race events so we can interact with both the athletes and the friends and family that support them.

We are also in the process of creating team uniforms to support our athletes and to make available to all friends and supporters of Mount Hermon.  Last year we offered an amazing cycling kit that quickly sold out of most sizes.  This year we will have a new cycling kit as well as running jerseys and socks.  Check back at our online store soon for details.

Stop by and see us at one of our upcoming events.  Next on the calendar is the Santa Cruz Mountain Bike Festival, April 13 & 14, 2013 in Aptos.  We may have one or two athletes in the short track event, and will have our booth set up for the festivities.

The following weekend we will be at arguably the biggest cycling event in the country: The Sea Otter Classic, April 19-21, 2013 at Laguna Seca in Monterey, CA.  We will have sponsored athletes in the womens criterium and mens cyclocross events as well as our super fun booth.
