Speaker
Joanna lives in Southern California, in a pretty, eclectic, fast-paced town perched just above the Pacific Ocean. Her home is literally always full of people. She and Jeff have been married for 23 years and have five children, 3 boys and 2 girls; Hailey, 20; Jonathan, 17; Andrew, 14; Elyse, 9; and Matthew, 7. And one dog, Wilson. She is passionate about many things: living an authentic, big life, her husband, family, chocolate, food: shopping for it, preparing it and eating it around the table with her people, travel, her girlfriends, the ocean, and most of all, Jesus. She has been involved in women's ministry in one way or another for the past 25 years: leading and participating in Bible studies, a former leader and current speaker at MOPS, retreat speaking and most recently becoming involved in IF: Gathering as a local leader in West Los Angeles. Joanna's mission is to encourage and inspire her audience by using stories from her own crazy, messy, imperfectly beautiful life to spread God's truth that she and all women are precious, beloved and beautiful. She longs for each woman to understand that she is uniquely equipped by her Creator with passions, gifts and talents to be used right where she is, right here and now to spread His love and His glory to the very people they rub elbows with every day.

With your harness attached to a cable high in the redwoods, allow your team to lift you high into the air and get a chance to see Redwood Camp like the squirrels do.
Swimmers may enjoy our heated 25-yard pool with diving board and enclosed slide.
The Tree House is the coolest place on camp! Up in the trees, get your chance to play with your friends in your cabin, climb around, slide down and explore in the world's coolest tree house!
Explore the creek and surrounding area at Redwood like only Mount Hermon knows how to do! Will you take the banana slug challenge? Will you remember what those leaves are called? Learn more about the world around you with one of our trained Naturalists.
Try your hand at slingshots, archery and BB Guns. With our trained staff, you'll be able to aim at the targets and take your best shot. Will you get a bullseye?
