Speakers

Galbraith, Jordan

Jordan Galbraith

Jordan Galbraith was born and raised in Northern California in the small town of Placerville. In college, he spent four summers on staff at Mount Hermon as a counselor while pursuing a degree in Exercise Biology from UC Davis. From there he went on to work as a Youth Director at Menlo Church, Mountain View for two years before moving to Southern California to pursue his Master of Divinity Degree at Azusa Pacific Seminary. While there, he worked as a College and Worship Pastor for Sanctuary, Claremont and is currently finishing his Masters program and leading youth and college students at Azusa Pacific University and Cal Poly Pomona. Jordan loves the outdoors, anything that involves sports, going on adventures, and sharing his passion and excitement for Jesus with others.

Galbraith, LeeAnn

LeeAnn Galbraith

LeeAnn Galbraith is the proud mom of three boys, ages 33, 30, and 27. LeeAnn and her husband, Gary, live in Placerville, CA and enjoy adventuring in the beautiful woods and lakes of the surrounding area. In addition to being an outdoor adventurer, LeeAnn works as the college and career counselor at Union Mine High School and is completing her master's degree in counseling. LeeAnn is fueled by her love for the Lord, her morning cup of tea, and sharing life's special and mundane moments with her family. She is grateful for the close friendship she shares with her adult children, the fruition of years of investments in time, sacrifice, love, and prayer. Most recently, she has taken on the role of "Grammy" and is enjoying it immensely.

Amenities

Ponderosa Lodge Basketball Courts

There are plenty of courts at Ponderosa Lodge to keep the next NBA stars entertained. Half court or full court, there's plenty of room to pick up and throw down.

Disc Golf

A fun and challenging nine-hole disc golf course that navigates through our indigenous ponderosa pines.

High Ropes

Our high ropes courses will push you higher and farther with these aerial challenges. Climb the tower, take a leap, traverse the wires and travel through the air on our new zip line!

Ponderosa Pool

Hang at our HEATED pool, in the center of camp, and maybe even hit the high dive if you’re game. The pool is perfect for chilling, lap swims, or an exciting game of water basketball or water polo. The lights in the pool at night make the pool area a very popular hangout and activity.

Laser Tag

With enough units to facilitate two teams, these laser markers make camp the ultimate laser tag arena. You won't find inflatable barriers here, but how often do you get to hide behind a giant redwood or ponderosa pine when playing Laser Tag? Exactly. It's awesome.

Crafts

There's always something cool and exciting to make to help you remember your time at camp. Crafts range in ability and appeal for all ages and our counselors make craft time fun for girls and boys.

Target Sports

Try your hand at archery or BB Guns. With our trained staff, you'll be able to aim at the targets and take your best shot. Will you get a bulls-eye?
