Mount Hermon's Fall Men's Retreats are the place where you can experience the peace and quiet, get refreshed and be challenged by other men walking similar journeys to you.
Pastor Bryan Loritts is the privileged husband of Korie, and the graced father of three sons- Quentin, Myles and Jaden. He serves the Abundant Life Christian Fellowship of Silicon Valley, California, as the Lead Pastor. An award winning author of five books (God on Paper; A Cross Shaped Gospel; Letters to a Birmingham Jail; Right Color/Wrong Culture and Saving the Saved: How Jesus Saves us from Try-harder Christianity into Performance-Free Love- which was given the Christianity Today Award of Merit), Pastor Bryan Loritts co-founded Fellowship Memphis in 2003, and later founded The Kainos Movement- an organization committed to seeing the multiethnic church become the new normal in our world. In addition to his responsibilities as a pastor, Bryan travels extensively throughout the world preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ at conferences and events, as well as serving on the board of trustees for Biola University and PineCove Christian Camps. Dominic is the Executive Pastor of La Jolla Community Church in the greater San Diego area. Previously he was the worship pastor at The Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, California. Before that, he lived in Fresno, CA where he worked as the Director of Worship for a multi-site church called The Well. Dominic Just celebrated 11 years of marriage with his wife Tara. Together they have two wonderful children Asher and Amalya. He is back by popular demand for the 2018 retreat!
Session & Communion
A fully equipped Fitness Center is available to registered guests. It is located on the lower level of Youth Memorial. Participants must be 16 years of age or older in order to use the equipment. Hours: 5:30am–11pm
Many beautiful stream-side trails among the redwoods and ferns are located at Mount Hermon. Trail maps are available at the Front Desk.
Borrow a mountain bike from the Fieldhouse and explore the trails or join us on a guided ride.
Soar through the unique forest groves and experience the giant redwoods from 150 feet above the canyon floor and zipping through the trees. This is the ultimate shared experience as small groups are led through a two-hour experience of seven platforms, two skybridges and six zip lines of up to 440 feet in length. Participants must be between 75 and 250 pounds and at least 52 inches tall. There is an additional charge for Canopy Tour
Various board games and card games are available for check out at the Front Desk.
Basketball and volleyball courts are located in the gymnasium on the first floor of the McAfee Fieldhouse. Our spacious game room is located on the second floor of the McAfee Fieldhouse and features ping pong, air hockey, foosball, pool, and shuffleboard. Footballs, soccer balls, Frisbees and other sports equipment can be check out of the fieldhouse office. Bocce ball is also located around the back of the fieldhouse.
