The Summer Adventure/Recreation Guide works with Adventure and Recreation staff to provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment while working aerial adventure courses, climbing wall, archery and any other supporting family recreation activities in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

The KC Adventure Guide (Extended) is responsible to assist and lead students and guests in Outdoor Education and other adventure and recreation activities to ensure that guests have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values

The KC Mountain Bike Guide/Counselor/Lifeguard is responsible to lead campers in the Mountain Bike camp programs to ensure that campers have fun, safe and missional adventure experiences in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

The Ponderosa Lodge (PL) Ropes Assistant ensures the safety and well-being of campers and staff using the adventure activities at PL, (including, but not limited to, climbing tower and ropes course activities,) and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers with an experience that aligns with the MHA Youth vision and values.

The Ponderosa Lodge (PL) Ropes Lead oversees and maintains all adventure activities at PL (including, but not limited to, climbing tower and ropes course activities) and the staff who lead them and ensures that students have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

Ensures the safety and well-being of campers and staff swimming, kayaking, and surfing. Responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers with an experience that lines up with the Mount Hermon Youth vision and Ponderosa’s objectives in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

Oversee and lead all water-based activities at PL (including but not limited to pools, pool/water games, and potential surfing/kayaking excursions) and the staff who lead them, ensure that campers have a pool or water based experience that aligns with the MHA Youth Ministry’s vision and objectives, and ensures the safety and well-being of all campers and staff involved in all water based activities, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

The Ponderosa Lodge (PL) Recreation Lead provides oversight and maintenance of all recreation activities at PL (including, but not limited to BMX biking, laser tag activities along with all the activities that happen on the sports court and the rec field) and the staff who lead them to ensure that students have a recreation experience, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

The RWC Adventure Assistant works with the Adventure Lead and the RWC Assistant Director to develop, implement, and oversee operation of RWC recreation facilities and assist with cook-out program as well as teambuilding workshops to provide a welcoming environment and with unparalleled customer service in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
