Childcare Assistant Lead
The Day Camp Assistant Lead works to assist Family Camp Children’s Ministry Coordinator (FCCMC) and Day Camp Team Lead (“Team Lead”) to oversee and lead Day Camp Counselors in providing activities and logistics for primary youth to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum. Also acts as Day Camp Counselor and is responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary youth, safeguard campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. CILT Lead/Assistant to the Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministries
The CILT Lead/Assistant to the Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries serves alongside the Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries to assist in the organization, facilitation, execution, and leadership of all MHA Youth CILT Programs and other youth programs and to lead and support staff to carry forth the vision and purpose of the intensive programs in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Kidder Adventure Lead
The Kidder Adventure Lead will lead the Adventure staff in the three R’s: Ropes, Rocks and Rivers. He/she will lead the river program as a guide and manager, lead in Ropes Courses and Rock Climbing, host adventure groups at Kidder Creek (“KC”) and on river, and will also lead campers in recreation and adventure activities as assigned at the river and at camp, ensuring that campers have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Ponderosa Program Lead
The Program Lead will lead and oversee the forum programming at Ponderosa Lodge in coordination with the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries. The Program Lead is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, nurturing spiritual growth of campers through the program activities and curriculum, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Support Staff Lead
The Kidder Recreation/Aquatics Lead will primarily supervise and manage all waterfront, recreation and rotator staff, equipment and activities at Kidder Creek. Secondarily, he or she will assist the programs and counselors to ensure that campers have an experience that lines up with Mount Hermon Kidder Creek’s vision and objectives in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Thirdly, he or she will facilitate spiritual community and growth as a ministry to the support staff while modelling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship and behind-the-scenes service.
