Mother's Day at Mount Hermon
Sunday, May 11, 2008

Mothers are honored annually at Mount Hermon at one of the oldest continuous family events. Mother's Day Sunday features a public worship service, the best meal of the year, and an open house at Redwood Camp. It has been held regularly on this weekend for more than four decades.

The worship service is open to the public at 10:00 a.m., and features a message by Mount Hermon's Lisa Olson, graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Director of Mount Hermon Program Ministries, mother of 2 daughters and 2 sons, and caregiver to an "adopted" daughter.

Mothers are honored with flowers during the service. Seatings for the magnificent buffet dinners begin at 11:30 a.m. and run every 15 minutes until 1:00 p.m. The price is $20 per adult and $10.00 for children 4-12, including dessert, beverages, gratuity, and tax.

To make reservations, call the Registration office, toll-free, at 1-888-MH-CAMPS.
