Do I need to be interviewed?

• If this is your 1st time applying;
  
• If you have never been on summer staff;
• If it's been more than 2 summers since you last worked at Mount Hermon ...

... then you will need to be interviewed. As you complete the application, you'll be asked to select 1 of 2 interview options: sign up for a personal interview time, or, ask to be contacted to arrange a time for a phone interview.

Staff who have worked within the last 2 summers at Mount Hermon do not need to be interviewed again unless requested. A returning summer staffer is typically interviewed if s/he is applying for a program position for the 1st time. Jacquie will contact you if you need to be interviewed.

I'm not able to make it to a personal interview.
What should I do?
If you can't make it to a personal interview, then indicate on your application you want to arrange a time for a phone interview. Once your references are in, Jacquie will contact you to arrange a time for a phone interview.
