Crawford was ordained to the ministry in March 1972. He and his wife, Karen, married on May 22, 1971.
He and his wife Karen have been featured speakers at Family Life marriage conferences. Crawford has written 9 books including the newly released book with Karen, Your Marriage Today … and Tomorrow.
Crawford has several degrees, serves on several boards and is the host of two national radio programs, the weekend program Living a Legacy, and the daily program Legacy Moments.
They have 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
Presently, Crawford serves as Senior Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, GA.
Worship Leaders
Dan Grassi has served the church in music leadership for over 30 years and is on the Ministerial Staff as the Director of Worship & Creative Arts at NorthCreek since 2016. In his role, Dan provides pastoral leadership and music direction for adult choral, band, and orchestral ensembles at NorthCreek Church. Dan has a B.A. in Church Music/Vocal Performance from San Diego Christian College, an M.A. in Music Education from San José State University, and is a current doctoral candidate (PhD) in Music Education at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, North Carolina. In addition to his ministry at NorthCreek, Dan’s other creative work includes writing for Worship Leader Magazine, teaching at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina, Since 2011, Dan has composed for church and school music publishers—including composition awards from J.W. Pepper & Son. Dan’s dissertation work is focused on church-based, non-degree granting worship studies programs.
Dan and his wife Thelma were married in 1994, and they are the parents of two college-aged daughters, Madeline and Ruth. Dan enjoys bicycle riding, reading, fishing, golf, and time in the mountains or beach!
Tom Grassi is the Minister of Worship & Music at Kindred Community Church in Anaheim Hills, CA. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tom has served the church in music leadership for over 30 years. He has served the church in worship leadership in the Bay Area for 15 years, in Nashville, TN for 9 years, then back to California in 2015 to serve at Kindred. He has a passion to lead in worship for the glory of God, and to inspire and encourage people of all ages through the gifts of music and the arts.
He is a widely published composer, arranger and orchestrator in the church music industry since 1998. He has received awards from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Gospel Music Association, The John Lennon Songwriting Foundation, J.W. Pepper and the Billboard Magazine Songwriting Contest. He is a graduate of San Diego Christian College with a BA in Music with an emphasis in sacred choral literature. He has also earned his Standard Teacher Diploma from the Evangelical Teacher Association. His music has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall in New York, The Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. and churches and concert venues in Spain, South Korea, Italy, Malaysia and the Philippines. Tom is a weekly video podcaster and host for the podcast Beyond Sunday, and has been a contributing composer and orchestrator for 3 hymnals: One Voice (OVP Publishing), Hymns of Grace and Himnos de Gracia Cancionero (The Master’s Seminary Press).
Tom married his college sweetheart and midwest farmer’s daughter, Della. Together they have 3 children, Dana , Tyler and Danielle. Tom enjoys playing golf, laughter with friends, date nights with Della at the local French Vietnamese restaurant and walking with their dog, Nike, around the neighborhood.

Buddy Greene has been bringing his guitar, harmonica, creative music, and humor to Mount Hermon for years. Composer of "Mary, Did You Know?" Assisted with the versatility of sidekick Jeff Taylor.

David Talbott has been playing piano for over 50 years and continues to do concerts and workshops both in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationally. He and his wife Carla live in Mount Hermon.

Please plan to arrive at Mount Hermon on Friday between 4:30–6:30pm. We will be providing a continuous serving buffet dinner between 6:30–7:30pm. Please contact the Registrar if you plan to arrive after this time. Our first session will begin at 8:00pm. If you have any questions about the weekend, please do not hesitate to call.
