You love kids and teenagers, and you love Jesus. And sometimes ministry seasons are challenging. At this year's Summit, we'll talk about how not to lose the plot in the midst of all the work of ministry.
Then we'll dive into research from real youth and children's ministry leaders like you to learn how to prevent burnout. Finally, we'll be reminded that Jesus not only calls us to ministry, but stays in the boat with us through it. We are never alone.

Brad is the Senior Director of Content & Research for the Fuller Youth Institute. He has co-authored more then 15 books including “Faith Beyond Youth Group” and “Sticky Faith.”
Grace Wysong is currently the worship leader and director for the college and young adult ministry at Twin Lakes Church in Aptos, Ca. She loves leading worship for various churches, ministries and camps and conferences. She also serves as a guest worship leader for surrounding churches. She looks forward to meeting you and worshipping together.
