Who is this camp for?

Any collection of family ages 7 and older. Single parents, blended families, grandparents, cousins or even groups of friends are encouraged to attend. Each day will have a mix of active and relaxing times and all adventures are "choose your level of challenge."

Rustic Tent Cabin

These wood sided rustic cabins have 8 beds and are equipped with a lantern.

The RV Park has full hook ups and can accommodate up to 40-foot RV's. The RV Park is a short walk from Ranch Camp where meals will be enjoyed

  • Camperships

    Please do not let finances get in the way of a Mount Hermon experience. Through the generosity of many, a partial grant from the Campership Fund may be just the gift you need to make it possible for you to attend camp.

  • Payment Policy
    • Deposits: A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required to complete your registration. Please have a payment method ready to go during the registration process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or an Electronic Check. Deposits are $150 per child.
    • Total Balance Due 30 Days Out: The total of your itinerary will be due 30 days before the start date of your week of camp. On this day, your account will automatically be charged the remainder of your balance.
    • Cancellations and Changes:
      Until 30 days prior to the event, the non-refundable deposit $150 is retained.
      From 29 days until 22 days prior to event, $225.00 is retained.
      From 21 days until 8 days prior to event, $325.00 is retained.
      If within 7 days of the event, the entire registration cost.
    • Transfer Fees: In the event that you decide to change the week in which your child is attending camp there will be a transfer fee of $25.

For the first few days, choose as a family between three, day-long adventure rotations:
 
Best of Camp

Enjoy all Kidder Creek has to offer like the Adventure Ridge ropes course, Horseback ride, 700ft zip line, archery and more!

Rock Climbing

Pack a lunch and head out to Bingham rock where you'll learn the basics of outdoor rock climbing and have plenty of time to practice.

Alpine Lake Hike

Pack a lunch and hike among wildflowers to a mountain lake where you can swim and explore as a family.

 

Thursday

On Thursday families will be able to choose their level of adventure for whitewater rafting on Class II or Class III all-day rafting adventures.

*Families will be given directions to the river put in and will drive their own vehicles to the river.

Swimming & Recreation

There will be time for hiking, biking (bring your own bike) volleyball, spikeball, plenty of time for Rest and Relaxation as well as swimming in the pond in the afternoons as well as in the evenings.

Camprfire & Family Devos

We will start each day with some time set a side for families to have quality time going through a guided family Bible Study. We will end each night with a campfire that will include worship and a short message from one of our staff. Our hope is that during this weekend you will have time to connect with each other and with our creator in meaningful ways.

Prepare

Before Getting to Camp

  • Packing List
    • Bible & pen or pencil
    • Warm sleeping bag and pillow
    • Warm-weather & cool-weather clothes
    • Small Backpack for day adventures
    • Closed Toe Shoes for ropes course and laser tag
    • River shoes (Tevas, Chacos, or an old pair of sneakers works great. No flip flops.)
    • Sandals for pond (flip flops ok)
    • Washcloth, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste
    • Modest swimsuit
    • Shower/beach towel

    • We will provide a vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free option at every meal. For Celiac, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee against cross contamination.
    • We are a peanut safe camp. We will not serve any peanut product out of the kitchen.
    • Please make sure you have listed the allergies in the medical forms when you register online.

  • Transportation

    Transportation to offsite activities like hiking, climbing and river rafting will be in your own vehicle. 

  • Arrival & Departure
    Arrival

      Please plan to arrive at Kidder Creek between 4–5pm on opening day.

    • Program will end at 10:30am on Friday.
  • Meals & Housing
    Meals

      All meals, campfire snacks and morning coffee are included. Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Veggie options are available at every meal. All meals are prepared peanut safe. Snack shack at the pond and off-site local coffee shop and ice cream snacks are available.

    Housing
    • Rustic Cabins at Ranch Camp cabins have no electric or running water. There are 4 bunk beds per cabin, linens are not provided.
    • RV Park– Short walk from Ranch Camp. Pavilion and separate bath house. Full hook ups at Kidder Creek.
    • Tent Site– Grassy campsites near Ranch camp bath house and dining.
