- Deposits: A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required to complete your registration. Please have a payment method ready to go during the registration process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or an Electronic Check. Deposits are $150 per child.
- 50% Balance Due 90 Days Out: 50% of your total registration cost will be due 90 days before the start date of your week of camp. On this day, your account will automatically be charged and is non-refundable.
- Total Balance Due 30 Days Out: The total remaining balance will be due 30 days before the start date of your week of camp. On this day, your account will automatically be charged the remainder of your balance and is non-refundable.
- Cancellations and Changes: Non-refundable Deposit: Regardless of when you cancel, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Up to 90 Days Before Arrival: Except for the non-refundable deposit, there are no penalties for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to your arrival date
- For cancellations made within the 90 days leading up to your arrival date, 50% of your total registration cost is non-refundable.
- For cancellations made within the 30 days leading up to your arrival date, 100% of your total registration cost is non-refundable.
- Transfer Fees In the event that you decide to change the week in which your child is attending camp, there will be a transfer fee of $50.
