    3. Complete the form with your electronic autograph (electronically signing your name)
  • Step 3: Request a Buddy for your Camper's Cabin

Is there someone your camper wants to create lifelong memories with this week? We've got you covered! Follow these directions and let the memories begin!

    1. Click on the Roommate Request Icon
      Roommate Requests Icon
    2. Enter the friend's name, their parent's email, and watch for them to approve your request!

We ask that you limit your requests to only two friends. This way, everyone can make new camp friends! Make sure you have confirmed your roommate no later than 1 week prior to camp.

Nervous about not having a roommate request? Don't be. There are so many amazing people that will be in your camper's cabin this week, they'll make friends quick and fast!

Roommate requests will be available by May 30, 2019. Each parent of a registered child will receive an email at that time explaining how to complete the roommate request online.

  • Step 4: Put Money on Your Camper's Account
    1. Select "Store Account"
      Store Account Icon
    2. Add how much you would like to add and if you would like to donate the balance.
      Store Account Screen Shot
    3. We suggest putting $15-$25 on your camper's account so they will have access to money to buy snacks and souveniers!

If they run out of money during the week— no problem! Use this same portal to put money into your camper's account remotely.

  • Step 5: Make Additional Payments

Making a payment on your camper's week is easy. No worries, it's simple.

    1. Click on "make a payment" and follow the prompts.
      Make A Payment Icon

Remember to make all of your payments in full one month in advance of camp!

    • Bath towel, washcloth and toiletry items (i.e. hair care products, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

    PLEASE DO NOT BRING

    • Do NOT bring cell phones or iPods. Really, please don’t bring these… you’re only at camp for a week.
    • Do NOT bring weapons, firearms, drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. If you bring any of these items we will lock them up for the duration of camp.
  • Roommate Policy

Up to 3 friends can room together in the same cabin.

Roommate requests will be available by May 30, 2019. Each parent of a registered child will receive an email at that time explaining how to complete the roommate request online.

  • Medical Dietary Form

Have a Special Diet or Medical Dietary issue? Please fill out this form to let us know about it so we can better serve you.

  • Arrival & Departure
    Arrival

Please plan to arrive at Ponderosa between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday afternoon. Please contact us if you're arriving earlier than that time, since camp and registration will not be open until 4:00pm. Also, if possible, please do not arrive late otherwise you will miss the kick-off to the week.

    Departure

Each camp will conclude following a closing program on Saturday. Parents are highly encouraged to attend this gathering to catch a glimpse of the week and conclusion of camp. This meeting runs from 10:15am until 11:00am and includes songs, team results and the highlight video from the week. Camp is officially over at 11:00am. There will be no noon meal served at camp on Saturday. Please pick your camper up promptly at 11:00am.

During the Week

  • Send Mail

Everybody Likes Mail — Especially at camp! If you would like to guarantee that your camper will get all of their mail from you, bring it with you on Opening Day, labeled with the camper's name and the day you would like it delivered and hand it to our Admin Lead.

    Sending Mail USPS:
    Camper Name
    c/o Ponderosa Lodge
    PO Box 413
    Mount Hermon, CA 95041

If you send mail, we suggest mailing it on Monday or Tuesday of your camper's week. Late arriving mail will be returned to sender.

SPECIAL NOTE ON PARCELS TO CAMPERS
Packages are allowed at Ponderosa, but we do encourage keeping them simple in order to keep the tone positive for campers who won't be receiving packages.

Due to food allergies, we are asking parents to minimize or eliminate food in packages at camp this year. Consider adding money to your store card if you are wanting your child to have snacks.

  • Check Out the Photos Online!

See the week as it progresses!

Photographers usually have time to upload the day's pictures each evening.

Something to take note of: there are no cell phones allowed at camp. So, if your camper would like to take their own pictures, they will need to bring an actual camera to make that happen.
