Parent Portal Guide

  • Step 1: Log into the Parent Portal
    1. Go to register.mounthermon.org
    2. Sign into your existing account with your email and password
    3. On the dashboard, click, "View Itineraries"
      View Itinieraries
    4. Select your itinerary and then your child's name.

Once you are in the Parent Portal, this is where we'll be able to take care of those last minute details!

  • Step 2: Complete the Health & Shot Record

Now that you're in your itinerary...

    1. Click on the Health Form Icon
      Health Form Icon
    2. Fill out each page then press the "continue" button
    3. Complete the form with your electronic autograph (electronically signing your name)

Voilà! You're getting really good at this. You should take a selfie of the best camp parent ever... (hint: that's you!)

  • Step 3: Request a Buddy for your Camper's Cabin

Is there someone your camper wants to create lifelong memories with this week? We've got you covered! Follow these directions and let the memories begin!

    1. Click on the Roommate Request Icon
      Roommate Requests Icon
    2. Enter the friend's name, their parent's email, and watch for them to approve your request!

Shazaam! You're all set. Now, listen, we know your kiddo is so awesome that EVERYONE wants to be in a cabin with them. Understandable. We ask that you limit the awesome factor to only two friends. Why? Because being awesome is contagious and your child will want to spread the wealth and meet others that are awesome. Trust us, it's an amazing... say, awesome loop of goodness. Make sure you have confirmed your roommate no later than 1 week prior to camp.
Nervous about not having a roommate request? Don't be. There are so many amazing people that will be in your camper's cabin this week, they'll make friends quick and fast!

Roommate requests will be available by May 30, 2019. Each parent of a registered child will receive an email at that time explaining how to complete the roommate request online.

  • Step 4: Put Money on Your Camper's Account
    1. Select "Store Account"
      Store Account Icon
    2. Add how much you would like to add and if you would like to donate the balance.
      Store Account Screen Shot
    3. We suggest putting $15-$25 on your camper's account so they will have access to money to buy stuff!

If they run out of money during the week- no problem! Use this same portal to put money into your camper's account....remotely.

You're doing great! Just one more thing to double check and then you should reward yourself with a smoothie... EXTRA fruit!!

  • Step 5: Make Additional Payments

Ok, last thing – making payments on this adventure.

Making a payment on these is easy. No worries, it's simple.

    1. Click on "make a payment" and follow the prompts.
      Make A Payment Icon

...and the crowd erupted!! You are an All-Star at this stuff. Good Job. Now, to make it into the Hall of Fame, just remember to make all of your payments in full 1 month in advance of camp.

  • Arrival

Please plan to arrive at Ponderosa between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday afternoon. Please contact us if you're arriving earlier than that time, since camp and registration will not be open until 4:00pm. Also, if possible, please do not arrive late otherwise you will miss the kick-off to the week.

  • Departure

Each camp will conclude following a closing program on Saturday. Parents are highly encouraged to attend this gathering to catch a glimpse of the week and conclusion of camp. This meeting runs from 10:15am until 11:00am and includes songs, team results and the highlight video from the week. Camp is officially over at 11:00am. There will be no noon meal served at camp on Saturday. Please pick your camper up promptly at 11:00am.
