    Ponderosa Lodge Counselors / Adventure Rotators will live with and mentor a group of 7-8 campers weekly, facilitating small group Bible studies and fostering spiritual growth through activities and curriculum. Engaging actively in all camp programs, counselors will serve in counseling and program/activity roles with enthusiasm. Responsibilities also include overseeing and implementing assigned activities, maintaining cleanliness in camp areas, attending staff meetings, and undertaking additional duties as assigned by the PL Counselor Coordinators.
