    Note: This position is full-time from late May-mid August, but 0-10 hours per week the rest of the year.

    The Conference Center Chief of Staff works to engage in open communication with Summer Staff, continually provide motivation, and focus on ministry goals, and leadership through example to ensure smooth execution of staff roles, continued staff morale, and open and engaging team dynamics in a manner consistent with MHA’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

They also act as a Day Camp Counselor and are responsible for modeling a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary youth, ensuring campers’ safety and well-being, and befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

    The RWC Adventure Coordinator oversees the all Adventure and water activities by supervising and supporting the adventure and lifeguard lead.
