    The Program Lead will lead and oversee the forum programming at Ponderosa Lodge in coordination with the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries.     The Kidder Adventure Lead will lead the Adventure staff in the three R’s: Ropes, Rocks and Rivers. He/she will lead the river program as a guide and manager, lead in Ropes Courses and Rock Climbing, host adventure groups at Kidder Creek (“KC”) and on river, and will also lead campers in recreation and adventure activities as assigned at the river and at camp, ensuring that campers have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
