  • Fountain Team Lead

    The Fountain Team Lead works with both the summer staff Fountain Assistants and part-time Fountain team at the Espresso Cart, Fountain, and Dining Room to provide oversight and leadership ensuring quality customer service in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Kidder Adventure Lead

    The Kidder Adventure Lead will lead the Adventure staff in the three R’s: Ropes, Rocks and Rivers. He/she will lead the river program as a guide and manager, lead in Ropes Courses and Rock Climbing, host adventure groups at Kidder Creek (“KC”) and on river, and will also lead campers in recreation and adventure activities as assigned at the river and at camp, ensuring that campers have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Kidder Timberline Assistant Lead

    The Timberline Assistant Lead will assist the Timberline Program Lead to execute, lead and oversee the daily activities and program at Timberline in coordination with the Kidder Creek Associate Director. Primarily, the Timberline Assistant Lead is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for the safety and well-being of campers and staff while befriending and nurturing spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum while assisting the Timberline Lead and team in all activities and program to ensure that campers have a camp experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Kidder Support Staff Lead

    The Kidder Support Staff Lead will primarily supervise and manage all waterfront, recreation and rotator staff, equipment and activities at Kidder Creek. Secondarily, he or she will assist the programs and counselors to ensure that campers have an experience that lines up with Mount Hermon Kidder Creek’s vision and objectives in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Thirdly, he or she will facilitate spiritual community and growth as a ministry to the support staff while modelling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship and behind-the-scenes service.   • Ponderosa Band Specialist

    The Ponderosa Band Specialist is responsible to lead the band in leading worship for all Ponderosa Lodge gatherings as well as model a genuine Christian lifestyle to junior high and high school campers, providing campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth, and cultivating spiritual disciplines through provided programs and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.     Summer Staff Room Attendant Team Lead works to support the Mount Hermon ministry by providing clean and comfortable accommodations and a warm and welcoming place where guests can relax and refresh their spirit. The Lead also represents the group of Room Attendants in communication, team building, and assignment quality and completion, and occasionally leads department devotional and prayer time in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
