  • College Lead

    The Family Camp College Lead works with the Family Ministries Program Manager to lead and oversee the programming for the Family Camp College program in order to lead college-age adults one step closer to Jesus in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Day Camp Assistant Lead

    The Day Camp Assistant Lead works to assist the Family Ministries Children’s Intern and the Day Camp Team Lead to oversee and lead Day Camp Counselors in providing activities, curriculum, and logistics for primary youth to nurture spiritual growth. They also act as a Day Camp Counselor and are responsible for modeling a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary youth, ensuring campers’ safety and well-being, and befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

    The Lead Lifeguard will provide a safe aquatic environment for guests that promotes space to play, learn, and have great summer filled memories that will last a lifetime through teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding. Also, will provide instruction, supervision, and ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff involved in all water-based activities at Mount Hermon in a professional and productive manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Redwood Adventure Coordinator

    The RWC Adventure Coordinator oversees the all Adventure and water activities by supervising and supporting the adventure and lifeguard lead. They insure safety and organization, and create and maintain scheduling for water and adventure shifts. They lead and support their team to develop, implement, and oversee operation of RWC recreation facilities and assist with cook-out program as well as teambuilding workshops to provide a welcoming environment and with unparalleled customer service in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
