Conference Center
  • Childcare Assistant Lead

    The Child Care Assistant Lead works to assist Family Camp Children’s Ministry Coordinator (FCCMC) and Child Care Team Lead (“Team Lead”) to oversee and lead Child Care Counselors in providing activities and logistics for primary youth to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum. Also acts as Child Care Counselor and is responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary youth, safeguard campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Dining Lead

    The Dining Lead Server is responsible for providing structure and organization throughout the shift, ensuring guests are provided excellent service in a welcoming, seamless and professional manner.   • Summer Staff Room Attendant Team Lead

    Summer Staff Room Attendant Team Lead works to support the Mount Hermon ministry by providing clean and comfortable accommodations and a warm and welcoming place where guests can relax and refresh their spirit. The Lead also represents the group of Room Attendants in communication, team building, and assignment quality and completion, and occasionally leads department devotional and prayer time in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Kidder Creek
  • Kidder Adventure Lead

    The Kidder Adventure Lead will lead the Adventure staff in the three R’s: Ropes, Rocks and Rivers. He/she will lead the river program as a guide and manager, lead in Ropes Courses and Rock Climbing, host adventure groups at Kidder Creek (“KC”) and on river, and will also lead campers in recreation and adventure activities as assigned at the river and at camp, ensuring that campers have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
