    The Summer Adventure/Recreation Guide works with Adventure and Recreation staff to provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment while working aerial adventure courses, climbing wall, archery and any other supporting family recreation activities in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Ponderosa Lodge
  • Ponderosa Adventure Lead

    Oversee and maintain all adventure activities at PL (including, but not limited to, climbing tower, zip line and ropes course activities) and the staff who lead them and ensure that students have an adventure experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Lifeguard

    Ensures the safety and well-being of campers and staff swimming, kayaking, and surfing. Responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers with an experience that lines up with the Mount Hermon Youth vision and Ponderosa’s objectives in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Ponderosa Lifeguard Lead

    Oversee and lead all water-based activities at PL (including but not limited to pools, pool/water games, and potential surfing/kayaking excursions) and the staff who lead them, ensure that campers have a pool or water based experience that aligns with the MHA Youth Ministry’s vision and objectives, and ensures the safety and well-being of all campers and staff involved in all water based activities, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Recreation Lead

    The Recreation Specialist provides oversight and maintenance of all recreation activities at Ponderosa (including, but not limited to BMX biking, skateboarding, laser tag, paintball activities along with all the activities that happen on the sports court and the rec field) and the staff who lead them to ensure that students have a recreation experience, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.   • Redwood Adventure/Rec Assistant

    The RWC Adventure/Recreation Assistant works with the RWC Adventure/Recreation Specialist and the RWC Assistant Director to develop, implement, and oversee operation of RWC recreation facilities and assist with cook-out program as well as teambuilding workshops to provide a welcoming environment and with unparalleled customer service in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Redwood Lifeguard

    Lifeguards provide instruction, supervision, and ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff involved in all water-based activities, at MHA and off site, in a professional and productive manner.
