It's easy to think camp is limited to just the people you see on stage or interacting with guests in a public setting. But the reality is that we need you and your gifts to help in many ways to make camp happen. Spend the summer learning new skills and being a blessing by providing some of the most important work behind the scenes.

  • Accounting Assistant

    The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounting Staff with assigned projects related to Payroll, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable in order to provide accurate financial accounting and reporting, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Conference Center Youth Band

    The Family Camp Youth Band leads worship for all youth programs at Family Camp and several additional sessions, as well as models a genuine Christian lifestyle to youth campers, and nurtures spiritual growth in order to lead students one step closer to Jesus, in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

    Applicants must have music training and experience; it is preferred if they have prior experience being part of a band. All members must apply separately for this position.

    The Kidder Creek Assistant Cook is responsible for assisting the Head Cook at Ranch Camp or Timberline in all aspects of preparing meals for guests and staff at Kidder Creek in a safe manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
