But the reality is that we need you and your gifts to help in many ways to make camp happen. Spend the summer learning new skills and being a blessing by providing some of the most important work behind the scenes.

Conference Center

  • Accounting Assistant

    The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounting Staff with assigned projects related to Payroll, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable in order to provide accurate financial accounting and reporting, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Conference Center Youth Band

    The Family Camp Youth Band leads worship for all youth programs at Family Camp and several additional sessions, as well as models a genuine Christian lifestyle to youth campers, and nurtures spiritual growth in order to lead students one step closer to Jesus, in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

    Applicants must have music training and experience; it is preferred if they have prior experience being part of a band. All members must apply separately for this position.

    The Dining Server I provides exceptional service to our Conference Center guests by personally engaging with the guests to make their stay enjoyable while offering food and beverage service, clearing and bussing, and performing setup, reset and cleaning tasks.     The Kidder Creek Ranch Hand is responsible for assisting the Wrangler Lead and the Ranch Camp Manager in all things Ranch Camp as assigned to ensure the campers have a safe and engaging Ranch Camp experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision, culture code and standards of conduct.

    The Ponderosa Lodge (PL) Forum Assistant Lead will work with the PL Forum Coordinator for forum programming, and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, nurturing spiritual growth of campers through the program activities and curriculum, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
