But the reality is that we need you and your gifts to help in many ways to make camp happen.   • Accounting Assistant

    The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounting Staff with assigned projects related to Payroll, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable in order to provide accurate financial accounting and reporting, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.     The CC Crew position works with the Facilities Services department to assist MHA as a whole by providing maintenance, rejuvenation, and inventory of all facilities at CC to ensure clean and aesthetically pleasing facilities that enhance rather than distract from the program. Read more...

    The Dining Server I provides exceptional service to our Conference Center guests by personally engaging with the guests to make their stay enjoyable while offering food and beverage service, clearing and bussing, and performing setup, reset and cleaning tasks in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.     The RWC Camp Caterer is responsible for providing excellent meal service to our guests at RWC by catering food and beverages from the Conference Center ("CC") kitchen in a welcoming, seamless and professional manner with the goal of maintaining MHA’s Standards of Excellence in an effort to bless and minister to guests in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Redwood Crew/Program Assistant

    The Crew position works with the Youth Camps Facilities Supervisor to aid Mount Hermon as a whole, providing maintenance, rejuvenation, and inventory of all facilities at Redwood Camp to provide clean and aesthetically pleasing facilities that enhance rather than distract from the program in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.     The RWC Worship Leader is responsible to lead, encourage, a love and appreciation of worship through music among staff and campers to nurture an environment of spiritual growth through guided worship and assists with running and overseeing crafts when worship duties are completed in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Kidder Maintenance Assistant

    The Kidder Maintenance Assistant will oversee irrigation and lawn care of camp, assist Facilities Manager with other projects, and assist in the maintenance of camp to ensure that students have an experience, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. Read more...

  • Ponderosa Band Member

    The Ponderosa Band is responsible to lead worship for all Ponderosa Lodge gatherings and some staff meetings as well as model a genuine Christian lifestyle to junior high and high school campers, providing campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth, and cultivating spiritual disciplines through provided programs and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values. (Applicants must be part of a previously formed band. All members must apply separately for position. Please no bands exceeding 4 members.) Read more...

  • Ponderosa Maintenance Lead

    The PL Maintenance Lead position works with the Facilities Services department to aid MHA as a whole by providing maintenance, rejuvenation, and inventory of all facilities at PL to ensure clean and aesthetically pleasing facilities that enhance rather than distract from the program in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Band Lead

    The Ponderosa Lodge (“PL”) Band Lead is responsible for leading the band in leading worship for all PL gatherings, to model to junior high and high school campers a genuine Christian lifestyle, provide for camper safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth and cultivate spiritual disciplines through programs and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Retail Lead

    The PL Retail Lead is responsible for the PL Camp Store and PL Fountain, which serve to enhance the program at camp. They are responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers’ safety and well-being while nurturing spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in order to lead students one step closer to Jesus in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision, beliefs, culture code and standards of conduct.

  • Ponderosa Dining Hall Lead

    The PL Dining Hall Lead is responsible for providing excellent meal service to our guests in a welcoming, seamless and professional manner, with the goal of maintaining MHA’s Standards of Excellence in an effort to bless and minister to guests in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Crafts Lead

    The PL Crafts Lead provides oversight and maintenance of the lodge area and craft room to ensure that students have an experience, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Forum Assistant Lead

    The PL Forum Assistant Lead will work with the PL Forum Coordinator for forum programming, and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, nurturing spiritual growth of campers through the program activities and curriculum, in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

  • Ponderosa Program Assistant Lead

    The PL Program Assistant Lead will work with the PL Program Coordinator to lead the daily all-camp program activities and team competitions at PL, and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, nurturing spiritual growth of campers through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
