Day Camp Worship Specialist assists Family Camp Children’s Ministry Coordinator (FCCMC) in the oversight and leadership of the Day Camp worship program. They will help create an opportunity for worship in the Day Camp program, to nurture spiritual growth through worship. Also acts as a Day Camp Counselor and is responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary youth, safeguarding camper’s safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

The Child Care Assistant/One-on-One Student Aide position is the assistant/primary caretaker for children and students 0-18 years old with cognitive, emotional, or physical special needs that greatly inhibit or prohibit them from participating in camp activities as well as enabling them to participate and experience camp as best suited for them, all in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

Family Camp Middle School Counselors are responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to junior high campers and provide campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth, in order to lead them one step closer to Jesus, in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

Family Camp High School Counselors are responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to high school campers, provide campers’ safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth, in order to lead them one step closer to Jesus, in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon’s mission, vision, and values.

Kidder Creek Adventure Camp Counselors/Lifeguards are responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing campers safety and well-being while befriending and nurturing spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum as well as lifeguarding in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision, and values.

KC Counselor/River Guides are primarily responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers’ safety and well-being while befriending and nurturing spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum, leading/assisting with adventure and recreation activities. Will also act as river guides as to ensure that campers have a camp experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

KC Counselor/Wilderness Lifeguards are responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing for campers’ safety and well-being while befriending and nurturing spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum on site and in the wilderness, leading/assisting with adventure and recreation activities to ensure that campers have a camp experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.

Ponderosa Lodge Counselors / Adventure Rotators will live with and mentor a group of 7-8 campers weekly, facilitating small group Bible studies and fostering spiritual growth through activities and curriculum. Engaging actively in all camp programs, counselors will serve in counseling and program/activity roles with enthusiasm. Responsibilities also include overseeing and implementing assigned activities, maintaining cleanliness in camp areas, attending staff meetings, and undertaking additional duties as assigned by the PL Counselor Coordinators.

RWC Counselors are responsible to model a genuine Christian lifestyle to primary and junior youth, providing campers safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
