Note for Photographers and Videographers: If you have a preference of which site you'd like to work at, you may request it in your application, but ultimately the hiring manager will decide which site is the best fit for you.
The A/V/Sound Technician is responsible for recording, editing, and duplicating messages to provide conferees with a clear access to messages and events as well as recordings for future use in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
Apply NowMount Hermon Photographers are responsible for photographing people, setting activities and events, and editing photo related graphics to accurately capture the ministry of camp through photography. Each week's photos are not only shared with campers to remember their week of camp, but also heavily relied on by the year-round marketing team to be used in promotional content.
The Photographer works directly with the Site Supervisor specific to their site and the Marketing department supervisor, and alongside the site-specific Videographer, and other site photographers and is supported by the site-specific Summer Staff community and the Marketing department.
Each camp site (Conference Center, Kidder Creek, Redwood Camp, and Ponderosa Lodge) has one photographer and one videographer.

This video will not only be shown to campers, but also as promotional content to market summer camps in the future
