• Conference Center Health Supervisor

  The CC Health Supervisor role involves overseeing the CC Healthcare Center and providing support to CC First Aid Tech, Ponderosa Lodge (PL), and Redwood Camp (RWC) Lead First Aid Techs when necessary. The candidate will advise CC Leadership on health concerns, enforce MHA’s Healthcare Services’ Policies and Procedures, and manage the completion of various forms, including Workers’ Compensation, Campers Insurance, and incident reports. Responsibilities also include keeping the Health Services Administrator informed of serious injuries or illness, evaluating inventory and equipment, conducting infectious disease testing, utilizing Circuitree for documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the Campers Log. Additionally, the candidate will perform other duties as assigned by the MHA Health Services Administrator.

They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
